ballpoint pen and colored pencil
I was driving on a country road today heading into town and a small dog was running down the middle of the road straight toward me. I stopped the car, got out, and as soon as she saw the door open, she dove in the car. She was a small, pitbull mix, very young, yet she had obviously recently had a litter. I continued into town and she sat next to me calmly staring out the window (riding shotgun, of course.) I drove her to the shelter and they took her in with loving arms. She'll get a large meal, a warm comfy bed, lots of treats, and I'm sure I'll see her again because I'm a dog walker there. The dog walkers get to cuddle, walk, and play with the dogs in the shelter til they are adopted which at our shelter, is always very quick. Shelters can always use donations.

omg, if Lars would let me, I'd go get her! Love the orange, it is much needed freshness in the dead of winter! You are a good Guardian Angel to all the shelter pups who need us. I'm going for orientation on the 30th. xo A
The little dog must have seen your car and thought you would help her :)
Your orange drawings are really good, such a lot of work with a coloured pencil.
